Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. After processing, all online orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, unless it is a preorder or made to order item or presale item (for more information regarding presale items, please visit https://willowcreekdboutique.com/pages/policy. We ship Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. A lot of our products are drop-shipped through our suppliers. Therefore, if you place a large order, there is the possibility that your items will arrive at different times as they will be shipping from different warehouses in the USA. We offer FREE shipping on orders that are over $200! You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. 

Return Policy

RETURNS

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we exchange of unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise purchased either online. You are able to exchange your items within seven (7) days of purchase. If you are exchanging, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. If you wish to exchange the size of your item(s), please check and make sure the item/size is available for exchange, and then contact us for additional information. Due to our inventory constantly changing we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock. If you receive damaged items, you must report it to us within 2 days of receive date. Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not eligible for return. Please note that ALL sales items, jewelry, personalized items and gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
We do not refund any items unless you receive them damaged, and you must have proof of damaged items. If the circumstance was to arise and you receive a refund it will be for store credit.
